What a 3-week internal app actually includes
Three weeks is enough to take a clear workflow, put it in software, and hand it over running. Here’s what’s in scope — and what isn’t — so teams in Hong Kong know what they’re buying.
How the three weeks break down
- 01 Scope. You send the workflow. We send a short written scope — no live-call theatre.
- 02 Build. We implement the core flow, show progress, and keep the surface small.
- 03 Production + handover. Week three we ship, set up access, and hand it to your team.
Offer is fixed: one production internal app in 3 weeks, $2,500 USD.
What’s included
- Scope
- A short written scope that captures the workflow, users, and the exact surface we will ship. You can read it in five minutes.
- Build
- The core workflow implemented end‑to‑end — the job board, status changes, logins, and saved data your team needs every day.
- Production
- A running app with accounts and data, not a slide deck. We bias for stability and clarity over bells and whistles.
- Handover
- Admin access and a short runbook so your staff can operate it without us in the room.
What’s out of scope
- Open‑ended product discovery without a clear workflow
- Multi‑team platforms or sprawling backlogs
- Unpaid changes forever — we keep the scope tight so the core is solid
Why fixed price works
Fixed price is efficient when the workflow is simple and the goal is clear. We keep the surface small, ship the part that matters, and hand it over running. If the problem is still fuzzy, a short written discovery for $500 writes the scope — that is not the product. The product is the app.
If you have an operational problem and a simple workflow, we’ll put it in software and ship it. The product is the app.
