Kodku is a small Hong Kong studio focused on internal software — the systems your team uses every day to dispatch work, track status, and get things done. We ship one scoped, production app in three weeks for a fixed $2,500 USD, then hand it over ready to run.
Why internal apps
Operations move on checklists and timestamps, not slide decks. A good internal app makes the work visible, shortens loops, and reduces copy‑paste error. That’s where we spend all of our studio time.
How the build works
